Same for the Dutch style womans frame: now they are made cheaply in China or worse, it is common to see the remains of again another one which wasn't up to the added load of someone jumping on the rear carrier.

If you want vertical compliance either use fatter tyres or proper suspension. The duty of the frame is to keep the wheels in line
