Don't know if the Orero name is one of the unfamiliar ones but here is an old post from oldroads:

I'M RAMON ORERO'S OLDEST SON ; LIKE I EXPLAIN TO AMANDA MY FATHER HAD A BICYCLE SHOP IN BELLIVE NEW JERSEY "CICLELAND SPORTS"FROM 1972 TO 1984 AFTER THAT HE WORK MAKING CUSTOM FRAMES AND SPECIAL FRAME REPAIRS IN "PARK CICLE" IN RIDEFIELD PARK NEW JERSEY WITH VICTOR FRAYSE AND LATER WITH VICTOR'SON MICHAEL. HE MANUFACTURED MOST OF HIS NAND CUSTOM MADE FRAMES IN ARGENTINA AND THEN IN BELLEVILLE AND RIGEFILERD PARK NJ. IN THE 80'S HE CUSTOM MADE SOME FRAMES FOR THE USA TEAM WOLRD CHAMPIOSHIPS IN FRANCE AND THE OLIMPICS I THINK IN '84.MY FATHER'S NAME WAS NEVER ON THOSE FRAMES DUE TO USA TEAM SPONSOSHIP RIGHTS

I have an all chromed road frame that looks to be early 70's.

I have one other issue of Northeast Bicycle News, Vol 1 Issue 7 (JUNE 1972). This one has a list of the riders and the bikes used by the "eastern riders who have qualified to compete in the Olympic Selection races at Lake Luzerne and San Jose". Some of them I'm unfamiliar with.

ROAD Raleigh (5) Masi (3) Cinelli (2) Zieleman (1) Pennine (1) Hill (1) Galmazzi (1) Witcomb (1) Frejus (1) Corky (1) Falcon (2) Gitane (1)

TRACK Orero (2) Rih (2) Atala (2) Frejus (1) Schwinn (3) Falcon (2) Condor (1) Raleigh (1) Gitane (1)

Angel Garcia Long Valley, NJ, warm but the roads are a goopy wet mess
