Hello All,
At L' Eroica 2007, I rode a 1956 Cinelli Mod B. Along the route I was greet
ed by several Cinelli owners, all on vintage bikes (of course). Despite my
language challenge, it was clear that they are as passionate about Cinelli
as we are. Many other cyclists made positive comments about the bike. As a
matter of fact, at the swap meet an elderly Italian gent approached me and
offered to buy it!
If we are able to attend L' Eroica 2009, I intend on riding the Walter Gene
rati- the only bike (that I know of) that was made by Cino Cinelli and re
labeled for his friend to sell under a different name:Generati (Modena).
Have a Happy New!
Cordiali Saluti,
David Martinez

In 2004 they looked straight through my early 70's Schwinn Paramount and didn't even see it. Never even heard of it. But the next year on a 63 , if I remember correctly, Bianchi Specialissima they couldn't get enough of it. Edward Albert Chappaqua, New York, U.S.A.
