With the help of The List, I have been gathering images and bits of advice from fellow members with saddle m ods under their belts (Mr. Colgrave included). Some Listmembers have even been kind enough to send me broken/damaged/weath ered leather saddles as well as frames and rivets to experiment with! I have since modified a number of leather saddles, one of which will be m ounted on a frame I built and just got back from the painter. Pics to fol low soon! Matthew BowneBrooklyn, New York
