Wayne, I'm not certain how you are measuring stack height (you don't include
the length of the upper and lower cups which are inserted into the head tube ) but a Campagnolo Record (NR) is listed as 39.1mm in Sutherland's (although I
have found them to be closer to 42mm in actual practice). Sutherland does not list the stack height for an Edco Comp, but I measured the new one I have at
42mm (which includes the lock ring). Hope this helps.
