I used those eBay decals on my 86' Ciocc frame restoration. My set came fro m a seller in Australia that makes a ton of them, I would bet he has a set for your Guercotti. I think a few other members here on this mailing list have used them before on their restorations as well. They are pretty nice, and very accurate. You can wet-transfer them, or you can stick them on. My decals have held for 700 miles sans a few incidents with careless spectators at bike shows and an instance at a b ike shop which was my fault and can be fixed with touch-up paint.
The only thing I noticed is my re-pro Ciocc decals had a small copyright lo go on the corners which I cut off before application, the factory Ciocc decals did not have these. I don't know how all Guercottis are but a friend of mine has an original carbon / aluminum Guercotti and his does not have the copyright emblem.
