[CR]NOW: help IDing a 2 lever rear shift Campy frameset

I went to look at the stated 2 lever Cambio Corsa bike that was painted like a Bianchi but is NOT a Bianchi (thanks to all the notes offlist). However, the builder is still a mystery. Perhaps someone out there recognizes the C in the dropout (the bike was hanging so twist your head...), and the C on the side of the fork???? I've been trying to find a nice old bike for awhile now. The owner of a very nice complete1952 Bianchi single lever bike (supposedly used in the Tour de France...let's not go there though) won't part with it, despite all my efforts. Tomorrow I'm going to look at a two lever Bianchi bike, semi-built.. Since I don't know anything about such things what do I look for in terms of it having the "must have parts"?
