Subject: [CR]How to remove TA Criterium crankset? - 1963 Cinelli

I am just beginning to think about the rebuild of the 1963 Cinelli I bought last year. As I examined it today I realized I don't know how to remove the cranks. I tried removing the bolt type cotter-pin, hoping that would allow the crank arm to come off easily. No such luck. There is no obvious (to me anyway) way to use a conventional crank remover. I was tempted to apply blunt force, but thought better of it. Any advice would be appreciated.
