This Kalkoff was made in Germany back in the early 70s, and sold in Chel tenham,UK. http://webpages.charter.net/steve.johnson1/kal.htm

The stem in it now is a Cinelli, that was made with a 22mm insert. They do exist. I got the stem from a box of stems from a shop that went out o f business.
