John et al, could you please say something about the aesthetic differences between the Campagnolo Italian and Taiwan dropouts??

Is there anything other than the embossing, which I do see looks quite different? I don't have a great comparative eye, so some pointers would be educational.

In the mid-late 80s Campy changed from making the dropouts in Italy to Taiwan. The early Taiwan production was not pretty.
