Some of the Team Miyatas had standard Campy-style braze-ons, and some had the old Shimano m4.5 braze ons. I don't know what your options are other than a set of Shimano shifters. The DuraAce EX were nice, but a bit out of place if the rest of the bike is Campy, for example. A lotof the DA EX shifters were made for Campy braze-ons, so you need to get the correct type. Shimano also made a conversion kit, but IIRC it only allowed converting the Campy-style Shimano shifters for use on the Shimano style braze-on.... but I could be wrong. Please let me know if yo learn more, because I would like to own a Team Miyata some day, and I'd like to know what I'd be facing f I bought one with the Shimano braze-ons.
