Silly as it sounds, I had a friend who complained he had trouble riding an Aheadset equipped Fuji no handed.
I was showing him how I bounce test a bike front end to feel if there is headset play, and noticed the forks did not turn well. Once we go it lo osened up, he said it did handle better.
