Fred Rednor has it right. Harden hubs had Tecalemit grease nipples according to a 1949 Holdsworth Aids catalog. The grease nipple thread is probably 2BA. I've obtained 2BA grease nipples from British Tools & Fasteners http://www.britishfasteners.com/mm5/merchant.mvc . Look under "grease nipples,"... then the 2BA thread ones.

Would someone please help me remember the name for the grease fittings used on Harden hubs and similar British pieces from the 50s? A source would also be nice... harvey sachs mcLean va.
