Thought I would offer this to the List before posting on eBay.
This was purchased a few years back... when they still used chrome plating. These are now only produced in powder coated gray or a silver colored epoxy which looks like aluminum. So, this would be the superior choice for a classic Randonneur or French Touring bike.
