[CR]Looking for old style wheels (more specific)

Sorry about not providing enough information in my first email. These are the wing nuts that were given to me, they're from velo-orange: http://www.velo-orange.com/gr1axwinu.html There isn't much info provided about them, but I am looking for a wheel set that will accept these wing nuts. The threaded hole for the rear nut is just under 3/8" and the front nut is about 1/4". Hope that helps.
