Hi Charles! I hardly have to tell you, a leading bike expert, that little is known about vintage bikes "for sure", let alone about Pogliaghi who ran a very loose ship. The serial number puts the bike as late as 1980 and surely, Pogliaghi would been happy to provide a pantographed frame for a customer with money in hand. Now whether the pantographed parts were "original" to the bike will never be known, and , whether or not pantography is "effete" is a value judgement which each collector must decide. The bike's current price is speaking loudly about its worth to at least a few of them.
