Kevin, If you have an English width (i.e. 68mm) bottom bracket, why would you want a 70mm (i.e. Italian spindle). This will work better than having an English spindle in an Italian BB, but it's still far from perfect. You can even make it appear like a perfect setup, but that might require something like a thick-wall cup on one side, and a thin-wall cup on the other. Wouldn't a "68-SS-120 +1.5" spindle be a better choice? Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia (USA)
