Nice looking Bianchi, Bill!

Clement tires with "Colle Main" printed on them were produced sometime after the 1970's. Someone else on the list might be able to be more specific about the timeline as to when that version of the label was introduced. Also, your tires are Del Mondos which are different than the Criteriums. I have a NOS set of 1970's version of the Del Mondos and the look very much like yours (including the yellow label), but without the "colle main" designation on the end.

As a side note, the Clement Del Mondo Setas were commonly used as original equipment on Masi Gran Criteriums from the mid 70's. They were a fatter/wider tire than Criterium Setas.
