They are track hubs and the rear has threads on both sides. IIRC all the internal parts; cups, cones, axle etc are stock Campy parts. I think the standard reaction when people see them is "I didn't know Campy made double side track hubs!". Peter just smiles... And yes, Peter is in the stratosphere of metalworking skills.
