Looking at those pics of the Gloria (Item # 260221261775 )

I see some details I am unfamiliar with. The chain guard and fenders and lighting are tres cool, but the rear wheel lock grabs me.never seen one like it. This is perhaps some proprietary to Gloria item? Seems like I might have seen otherwise.
