For me, it's a toss up between my KOF 86 Serotta and my 83 Gazelle. The Se rotta has the ability to keep me at the front of any of the club rides I ha ve the desire to run with. Campagnolo 10speed gear, Ergo shifting, Mavic O pen Pro wheels supply all the performance without loosing the ride quality lugged steel. The Gazelle is a dutch built rocket that fits me like a glov e. Slightly shorter top tube for the seat tube length, 531c steel, and all the Super Record bits that draw looks from everyone in the club when I rol l in on it. Silent and simple machine that just likes to go all day long, and treats me well so that I can too.
Nope, sorry, can't pick just one. But if it's any indication of the qualit y of the Gazelle's ride, I'm seriously considering purchasing a second one.
