I am hoping to identify a road frame & fork that has come into my
possession. It has been re-painted and has no head badge. It has some
interesting features including Nervex lugs and Campagnolo long dropouts. It
also has a Wagner type fork crown. The parts mix was/is all Campagnolo ca.
1969 except for possibly non-original Weinmann centerpull brakes. The
seatpost diameter is 26.8. The headset is English but the bottom bracket is

Does anyone recognize the framebuilder? It has fastback type seatstay attachment. I'm thinking it might be a custom or U.S. builder. The former owner believes it is a Raleigh, but she may be mistaken. Thanks for any help.
