Subject: [CR]Help identifying road frame/fork

I am hoping to identify a road frame & fork that has come into my possession. It has been re-painted and has no head badge. It has some interesting features including Nervex lugs and Campagnolo long dropouts. It also has a Wagner type fork crown. The parts mix was/is all Campagnolo ca. 1969 except for possibly non-original Weinmann centerpull brakes. The seatpost diameter is 26.8. The headset is English but the bottom bracket is Italian threaded. You can see a few photos at: http://picasaweb.google.com/stephen.bryne/UIDRoadFrame

Does anyone recognize the framebuilder? It has fastback type seatstay attachment. I'm thinking it might be a custom or U.S. builder. The former owner believes it is a Raleigh, but she may be mistaken. Thanks for any help.
