I took an angle grinder to the FW. You will have to remove the axle and carefully cut a slit into the FW body without getting to the hub. Then you put a fat piece of sheel metal into a vice, flop the wheel on it, slit-on-sheet and turn away. This is the hardcore version but it has worked fine every time. Only damage was to the freewheel.
