While I agree that Raulers are great frames and make for great bikes, I am not quite as sure as Charles that this is all that great a deal, especially when you can get a complete Rauler with better paint right here in the US:

I am the seller of this Rauler bike. I brought it out to Gabriel\u2019s ride last weekend and a number of those present took it out for a spin. I fitted the bike with some clincher wheels with few miles on them.
BTW Charles, this one is likely very close to being your size.
