Hullo, I suspect for your needs a cylinder hone would work fine. These are used for honing the bore of brake cylinders, and you can find them at automotive parts houses. For reamers made to 27.2mm check with Ceeway.com, in England or Bringheli.com in Cleveland Ohio, USA Expect to pay 150-200USD for one. Cheers!
