.... here I am with my Nashbar knickers, and a Woolistics Cinelli/Clement wool jersey (you do have to go stylin' when one is in rehab, don't you know) ... .... anyway, and at about the 30 min mark on the recumbent, mr happy decides to to go, well ... Mr Happy. if one has ever worn lycra , even with a chamios, you know what we mean. i mean these PTA's are, well, you get the picture for this old fellow. ... thankfully i had a CyclesDeOro water bottle to douse the flame.
