I find it a bit preposterous to leap to the conclusion that the build quality on the Raleigh Pro is "inferior". Certainly, there's a chance that the build quality won't be top notch, but then again, it could be quite respectable. I have seen some very sloppy Raleighs out of Worksop, but I have seen some that were very nicely done as well.
I have a '70 Professional with excellent mitering, clean brazing, and some thinning of the lugs. It won't impress a meticulous custom builder, but it's not a frame one would turn theor nose up at either.
Certainly, the caution is warranted (on both the seller and the item), but the prejudgement is not.
