May I say I have bought from Joel (at Via Bicycle) repeatedly (and I do mean many times) and always been completely happy in every way.. Most recently, some new vintage rims. He is also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, explaining the intricacies with apparent ease. I assure you that you will never go wrong purchasing items from him. Never!
