Randy Dugan emailed me some pics of various ones, and the one I saw earlier today was just like his (only smaller), posted on WoolJersey:

My look at the bike was interrupted, but specifically Randy's specifically matches it in the flow of the rear dropouts into the stays and the BB work. Others he linked me to show these varied some, and I think I like his variant a lot.
