Must it be stamped "70-P-120"? I'm asking, because the Italian version of this BB - it's an Athena - will also work perfectly. Well, the chain line might differ by about .5mm:

There is also a Chorus version of this BB that will work for you. The Athena version will be for thin-wall cups, and the Chorus for thick-wall. Unfortunately, they are all stamped "70-SS", just like the earlier asymmetrical BB spindles, so you would need to be dealing with someone who a) actually understood the nuances of Campagnolo spindles; and b) knew how to measure them.
