[CR]Trying to fit cantilever brakes to a Gazelle rando.

But, I didn't check for sizing. Now, the brass bushings on the cantilevers seem a fraction of a mm too small to fit on the frame. I've made 1 out of 4 c-lever arms fit however, just by working the lever on the frame stud. I just kept working and working it on, so I think that one of the studs is narrower that the other 3.

Would you suggest that I Dremel the inside of the brass bushings of the levers, or emery-cloth the frame's brake studs down?
