The problem with auto signatures is that they are typically placed at the end of the email string (as yours is) and yes, I think if someone is using a client such as AOL, that string may not accompany the message. Furthermore, unless someone scans the complete string looking for it (and you know there are some sticklers who do), it gets easily missed and you could quickly become one of Dale's dropped flies. Wouldn't want that. My suggestion is play it safe and sign off at the end of each message and let your auto signature fall where it may.
