Subject: [CR]SR Royal Crazy-Fluted Seatposts

I have a seat post that looks like this, in the 26.4 mm size :

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220217389763

Mine seems to have steel hardware, not titanium hardware. Also, the drill-holes at the top of my post (see picture) do not have the little dots in the middle of the ESL post in that listing.

I had thought that all of the posts with this cool drilling pattern were the ESL (Extra Super Light) variety, but I must be mistaken. Mine weighs 256 grams, vs. 260 for a Campy Superleggerra seatpost, so it seems to be a superleggerra-class seatpost (with alloy cradles and a drillium hole through the cradle pivot, just like superleggera and super-record.)

Can someone tell me what series of post this is ?? is it SL (Super Light), or just a regular royal seatpost from this era ?? It's much thicker than a Campy SR/SL post, but overall weight is the same because the head forks into two parts. Based on similar hardware and weight, I'm guessing it's a Sakae SL post ... any objections?

Also, anyone know of a nice bike that needs a 26.4 seatpost? Maybe I'll build a bike around this seatpost.
