George,
Thanks for sharing the images. Those are a couple of beautiful bikes, I'm looking forward to seeing more of his collection.
What is the small knurled item on the seat tube of the Bianchi?
Thanks,

With Dale's gracious consent, I am publishing several images transmitted to me
from the collection of Oscar Bernatzky Greising, in Uruguay.
They represent a a Bastide (circa 1929) and a 1937 Bianchi Folgore. I'm sure I
share the sentiments of the other CR List members in congratulating Oscar on
owning these wonderful bikes, and in knowing that the love of vintage
lightweights is truly a worldwide passion. His collection comprises other
vintage lightweights as well, and, in future, he'll share them with us.
