... well, we're about to find out.
i mis-undertstood the order process (stupid me as usual) but we ended up with these Ghisallos wood in a clincher mode.
have some old nos 700 by 28 tires, which are probably a bit to large, but they test fit ok. i think this rim may have been made for a slightly larger clincher.
the nipples that came with the rims, are another thing all-together. they are very long. so when one is basic lacing them, you lose sight of the spoke threads.
i relaced my first wooden rim build withe shorter nipples, but doggie, i had bits flying all over the place before we got them together :) but these held up better and did a better tension (i think)
fun stuff to be different.
