They're part of the bigger Husky ball-end sets (I have one right here), available at your local Home Depot (is that their house brand? ...I try to stay out of them). I've ended up with several wrenches in the 7mm size, simply because it's not the size that I lose or give away.

One can usually find these as a single at your friendly Sears hardware. I have yet to see one show up in a set, so of course the single is not as cheap as in a set.
