I have two WINDSOR bikes, one is too small and the other too big, both lookig for a new home.
This one is Gray color Touring Elite 57cm C-TOP (55-c-c), mesure rest all c-c in CM, 55 T/T, 62 B/T, 44 R Cahin stay, 101 wheel base.
Comes with ?? headset, SUGINO1.37X 24T B/B, SUNTOUR drop ends(chrome plated), and ??? seatpost/pin with original saddle, handle bar, and alloy 27-1/4" rims 36X36 with logo label.
This is partial-incomplete bike but frame is staight, original paint/decals, no dent.

The fork shoulder and head lugs are chrome plated (little dull but not rusted out)
