These tire bags were offered by themselves and also as an addition to a VIP set (matching leather all around: saddle, handlebar wrap and tire bag) .

I have one of these Cinelli tire bags made out of black vinyl, so it defini tely was not part of a VIP set.  It has a velcro strap on the reverse sid e.

BTW, I seem to recall seeing a photo of a VIP set with matching saddle, b ar wrap, tire bag and gloves too.  However, I've never seen the gloves in real life.  Can anyone confirm that I'm not imagining things?
