The only ones you're likely to find are old stock -- they do show up (rarely) on eBay. Similar, albeit not identical crowns were made by Everest in Taiwan, but I'm not sure how easy it is to get them. Nova Cycle Supply seems to not stock them anymore.
In any case, the internal plug type crowns seemed to have more failure issues than external socket crowns, and despite their cool looks were not popular among builders.
If you wish to keep the original look, you may have to find a used Cinelli fork.
