Freek,
I had a couple sets of those pedals and would guess they are late-80's. I am using a set for my 11 year old daughter stoking on a 1989 model Santana Targa entry level racing tandem, but again, I do not remember if I got them for the tandem or with the tandem. After examining them, I cannot find any markings/stamp on them.
I am LOOK clipless on the captain's pedals, now.

Hi Freek, No info. about the model, but look very closely for a possible two-character date code, and see if it matches up with Suntour dating (or perhaps another brand, if the pedals were contract built for Suntour) found at Skip Echert's most valuable parts dating web page, here:

Good day all,
In my possession came these Suntour quill pedals, a bit more modern than the traditional style quill pedals: a kind of aerodynamic front part, not unlike Shimano pedals of the early 80s. Can anyone fill me in on the model (doesn't say that on the pedal), or the approximate vintage? (Couldn't find them on the Speedplay website)
