Stephen,

The top bike in the Fuji line in 1972-73 was the Fuji Newest, then came the Finest. When I bought the Finest, that bike was white over chrome with black decals. The Newest was painted silver. The colors changed from year to year so it is possible it could be the Fuji Newest.
