Ted; There are a lot of fools out here in Milwaukee. When I hit the bike paths during the summer, except for a few serious riders, very few folks believe in wearing helmets. After coming from Massachusetts where I believe wearing a helmet is mandatory, it was a surprise to see so many folks without helmets, especially parents out with the kids with no helmet protection. Pretty scary !!

Only a fool rides without a helmet. I'd be very surprised if helmets were not required. For safety and also for liability reasons. Wear it in the car. The kids will think you're cool! Ted Ernst Palos Verdes Estates CA USA
