Hey Kerry,
PX-10s aren't very well finished even when well cared for and all those graphics are going to be tricky/expensive to reproduce. I would touch it up as best I could with black/white/gold Testors (or whatever) and call it good. A decent paint job will cost more than the frame/fork are worth and it won't be very original.
