Bob...What a find!!!!!!!!!!! The red, white and blue on the seat tube is absolutely correct. I have a 1961 Ephgrave track that is completely original and the seat tube is exactly the same with his decal on the white section. Can't say about the head tube as mine is one color throughout but....with the decal sitting there cannot but think it is correct. I would not even think about a repaint only a bit of cleaning up etc. Edward Albert Chappaqua, New York, U.S.A.

He had had it for 40 years, got it from the original owner in Jersey City. All original except rims and a couple small things. He was leaving the

country and couldn't take it with him so I gave him a fair price for it. I will restore it. No, not for sale now, but maybe some time in the future.
