[CR]Early - mid-60's Bottecchia decals

Hello All, Does anyone have good pictures, scans, whatever of early - mid -60's Bottecchia decals? I'm interested in the ones that had the "hotdog" s haped downtube decals with 'Bottecchia' in script and an oval crest style d ecal on the seat tube.
