I used spocalc and got the following info for 36 spoke, 4 cross, high flang e (126mm) and Mavic MA2 front: 303.2mm read: 303.5mm, 302.1mm Front hub is Campagnolo all hi-flange models Front rim is Mavic MA2 (ERD is Mavic's Nipple Sea t Dia + 3mm for nipples) Rear hub is Campagnolo all 126mm hi-flange model s Rear rim is Mavic MA2 (ERD is Mavic's Nipple Sea t Dia + 3mm for nipples)
Spocalc has an entire database of hubs and rims and allows options for almost anything. I just built a set of lo-flange, fiamme ergals, 36, 3 cros s and the spoke calculation was right on. Looks like 303s would work well, my recollection is that 305mm is a common size for a high flange, 36 spoke 4 cross build...(using tubular wheels). I strongly recommend that you download it and use it yourself - you can play with the values and see what affect it has on spoke length.
