I'd be grateful for any information about this Tillston Hellenic frame (serial # T75):

http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/simonpj/Tillston_Hellenic_1950s/

The eBay seller said that this was one of 250 Hellenic frames made in the 1950's by Tillston of Stockton on Tees.

Through the crude paint job the lugs look nicely finished. Is this a standard lug design?

Any clues to a more precise date for the frame?

How popular were Hellenic frames amongst small builders? Who made them, other than Thanet and Hetchins?

Many thanks,
