I like the idea of hands-on seminars at the Cirque. Vintage Bicycle Press will donate Grand Bois tires for the wheelbuilding seminar, to make the wheels truly complete.

I think handlebar wrapping and polishing of aluminum components would make good topics. How about touching up paint? Mounting metal fenders could be another.
