My Pogliaghi is serial number 13148. I was in contact with the original owner who said the bike as repainted was what he remembered (I used the older style decals). I do know mine was ordered late 1983 and arrived in Australia early to mid 1984.
I thought that Basso were involved with Poglaghi after the Rossin era?
