It's been a frustrating evening for me. I bid #42 out of #43 bids on a 1971 carlton track bike. Then i realized i was being cheap, so I bid even higher and scored even lower - #16 out of #20 on a 1974 carlton track frame (the frame sold for $140 less than the entire 1971 bike with full original campy pista grouppo.)

The nxt time I'm gonna bid $1000 and its gonna go for $2000, at this rate ...

Can someone please tell me what to bid next time for a 1970's carlton track bike, 23.5 or 24.5, I am going crazy ... I'm not asking for a price-check (that would be illegal on CR), just expressing some severe frustration over this matter ...
